This Training School, organised by the Innovative Marie Skłodowska-Curie Training Network ENHANCE: Piezoelectric Energy Harvesters for Self-Powered Automotive Sensors: from Advanced Lead-Free Materials to Smart Systems, it’s a 2-day event hosted by the EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland, entirely dedicated to topics revolving around career development and opportunities. The opening day will see the intervention of our academic partners who will discuss what opportunities are available in the academic environment, what skills are needed and more; the second day of the event will host the industrial partners of the ENHANCE project who will give a unique insight into what are the current recruitment trends in large, medium companies and also start-ups. The Training School is open to everyone upon registration.
